Description

Delicious tacos made with shredded chicken, fresh vegetables, and topped with your choice of sour cream and salsa.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 6 Corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and taco seasoning, mixing well to coat. Cook until heated through for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft, about 30 seconds.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken mixture on each tortilla, topping with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  5. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
