A creamy and delicious shrimp dip perfect for parties!
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold in the chopped shrimp until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
- Great served with tortilla chips as well!
