- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
