- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of active sourdough discard, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Stir until well blended.
- Toss in 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and approximately ½ cup of warm water. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Incorporate 1 tablespoon each of chopped fresh rosemary and thyme into the dough, ensuring they’re evenly distributed for a burst of flavor.
- Gently cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until it puffs up slightly.
