Description
A creamy and cheesy macaroni dish topped with crispy buffalo chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 lb frozen popcorn chicken
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups heavy cream (35%MF)
- 1 lb macaroni noodles
- 10 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic chowder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook the popcorn chicken according to the directions on the package.
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Pour water and heavy cream into a large pot on the stove.
- Bring the water and cream to a boil.
- Once the liquid is boiling, add the macaroni noodles to the pot.
- Stir until all of the noodles are submerged in the liquid.
- Place a lid on the pot and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Leave the macaroni to continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the lid and stir well.
- Add the condensed cheddar soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Add 2 cups of the shredded cheese to the pot and stir well again.
- Dump the macaroni and cheese into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked popcorn chicken on top of the mac and cheese.
- Pour the Buffalo sauce on top of the popcorn chicken.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing on top of the Buffalo sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake until the cheese on top is completely melted and just starting to brown around the edges, 16-18 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and leave the mac and cheese to sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes
- Feel free to add more spices or veggies to customize the dish.
- Can substitute chicken with other proteins if desired.
