A delicious and easy Crock Pot recipe that combines ground meat, taco seasoning, and cheesy goodness with hash browns.

- 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
- 10 oz cheese soup
- 10 oz Rotel or tomatoes with green chiles
Instructions
- Brown the meat in a skillet and drain off any excess fat.
- Season with additional garlic, onion, or salt if desired.
- In a large Crock Pot, combine the browned meat, hash browns, tomatoes with green chiles, cheese soup, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
- Cover the Crock Pot with a lid and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.

- This dish can be customized with additional vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
- Serve with sour cream and cilantro for added flavor.
