Description

A delicious and easy Crock Pot recipe that combines ground meat, taco seasoning, and cheesy goodness with hash browns.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 10 oz cheese soup
  • 10 oz Rotel or tomatoes with green chiles

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat in a skillet and drain off any excess fat.
  2. Season with additional garlic, onion, or salt if desired.
  3. In a large Crock Pot, combine the browned meat, hash browns, tomatoes with green chiles, cheese soup, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover the Crock Pot with a lid and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
