Delicious and easy spicy garlic shrimp served over rice or greens.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice or greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Toss shrimp with chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve over rice or greens.
- Top with avocado slices and cilantro.
- Squeeze extra lime juice if desired.
Notes
- This dish can be served with a side of lime wedges for extra flavor.
