Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (Fresh, grated)
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce (For gluten-free, use tamari)
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce (Can be replaced with hoisin or more soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil (Peanut, vegetable, or avocado)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef strips in a mixture of soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat, add sliced onions, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Increase heat to high, add marinated beef strips, and sear for 2-3 minutes, ensuring even cooking.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet, stir for 2-3 minutes, then pour the sauce over and cook until thickened.
