Description
Delicious taco-shaped treats filled with cream cheese and topped with whipped cream & strawberries.
Ingredients

- 8 small flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries or chopped maraschino cherries
- 2 tbsp green sprinkles or crushed pistachios
- 2 tbsp white chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.
- Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then coat both sides of the tortillas lightly.
- Drape the tortillas over two bars of the oven rack or place them between the cups of an upside-down muffin tin to form taco shapes.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp. Let the shells cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag or spoon it into the cooled taco shells.
- Top with whipped cream, strawberries or cherries, green sprinkles or pistachios, white chocolate drizzle, and crushed candy canes.
- Chill briefly before serving or serve right away while the shells are still crisp.
