- 1 cup heavy cream (can use half-and-half or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (can substitute with smoked paprika if desired)
- 1 teaspoon cumin (optional for milder flavors)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for sautéing)
- 1 medium onion (diced; can use shallots for a milder taste)
- 2 cloves garlic (freshly minced)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add one diced onion and two cloves of minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
- Season 1 pound of chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring well, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm over rice or with bread.
