Description

A delicious garlic butter dip perfect for serving warm or cold.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until fully melted but not browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, paprika, and black pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, chives, and salt.
  5. Serve warm as a dip or cool and refrigerate for later use.
