A delicious garlic butter dip perfect for serving warm or cold.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until fully melted but not browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, paprika, and black pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, chives, and salt.
- Serve warm as a dip or cool and refrigerate for later use.
