Delicious and easy chicken taco wraps loaded with fresh ingredients.

- 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet (about 1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels (canned, drained, or thawed from frozen)
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup salsa of your choice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, taco seasoning, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and slightly browned. Remove from heat.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a tablespoon of sour cream or yogurt in the center. Add a spoonful of salsa.
- Layer on shredded lettuce, then add the cooked chicken strips, diced tomato, corn, black beans, red onion, and cilantro.
- Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- If desired, heat a clean, dry skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down for 1-2 minutes to lightly toast and seal it.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings. Serve immediately.

- This wrap is versatile and can be customized with your favorite toppings.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled vegetables or tofu.
