Description
Delicious and succulent lobster tails baked with garlic butter and served with fresh lemon.
Ingredients

- 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail without cutting all the way through.
- Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat; brush melted butter over the exposed meat and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with remaining melted butter and lemon juice; drizzle this mixture over each tail.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Lobster tails can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
