- 1 oz dark crème de cacao
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 Ferrero Rocher chocolate, plus extra for garnish
- Ice (for shaking)
- Chocolate syrup (for glass rim)
- Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Rim a chilled martini or coupe glass with chocolate syrup and dip in crushed Ferrero Rocher or cocoa powder.
- Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine brandy, crème de cacao, heavy cream, and one Ferrero Rocher (broken into pieces).
- Shake: Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously until well chilled and the chocolate is incorporated.
- Strain: Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish: Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a whole Ferrero Rocher.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute brandy with a non-alcoholic beverage.
