Description
This creamy vegan spinach sauce is perfect for pasta or as a delicious dip with bread.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup oat or soy cuisine cream
- 3 Tbs vegan butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 big generous handful spinach
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- First melt vegan butter in a small sauce pan.
- Add minced garlic and fry on medium heat for around 2 minutes.
- Mix in the cuisine cream, poultry seasoning, spinach and finally season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 4 minutes more.
- Serve over your favorite pasta for an easy 15 minute meal or enjoy plain with some french bread.
