Description

A creamy and delicious spinach and artichoke dip that is perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, then mix until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Stir in the garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, parmesan, and 3/4 cup mozzarella.
  5. Fold in the drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly mixed.
  6. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  8. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
