- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, then mix until creamy and fully combined.
- Stir in the garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, parmesan, and 3/4 cup mozzarella.
- Fold in the drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Let the dip rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
