- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 each green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, miso paste, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Place the cod fillets in the baking dish and generously coat them with the garlic butter miso mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cod is flaky and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
