This spicy gochujang salmon is marinated to perfection and baked to achieve a deliciously tender and flavorful dish.
Ingredients

- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp Korean gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange marinated salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate longer if time allows.
- Serve with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
