- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and stir until well combined.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt; mix gently to form a thick dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
Notes
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Feel free to add nuts or substitute with different types of chocolate chips.
