Description

Delicious chocolate chip cookies made with creamy or crunchy peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and stir until well combined.
  4. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt; mix gently to form a thick dough.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
