Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare cake batter by combining cake mix, 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, water, eggs, and oil in a bowl.
  3. Mix until smooth, then pour into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Whisk powdered sugar with the remaining lemonade concentrate and lemon juice to create a glaze.
  6. Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze evenly over the top.
  7. Let it set before slicing and serving.
