Description
This rich and creamy chocolate almond fudge is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter (no salt, no sugar)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- flaked salt (optional topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with foil and set aside.
- Place the chocolate and coconut cream in a small saucepan. Melt on the stovetop, over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from the heat and mix in the almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and chili powder.
- Stir until smooth.
- Pour the fudge into your lined loaf pan.
- Chill in the fridge overnight, or for at least 6 hours to fully set.
- Cut the fudge to desired size and top with flaked salt and additional cayenne pepper.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This fudge can be customized with different spices or toppings based on preference.
