Ingredients

- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, frozen bananas, protein powder, milk, peppermint extract, honey, and green food coloring to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or mint flavor if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently so they stay evenly distributed.
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for the best texture.
