Ingredients
- 1½ pounds lamb shoulder or lamb leg, cut into cubes
- 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks

- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
