Description

Delicious pepperoni pita breads topped with cheese and sauce, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Pita Breads
  • 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 36 pieces Pepperonis

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the pita breads on baking sheets.
  3. Spoon 2 Tbsp of the Pizza Sauce on each pita.
  4. Then place 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese on each pita.
  5. Top with 6 pieces of pepperonis on each pita.
  6. Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes until the pita is browned slightly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 4-5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the number of pepperonis based on your preference.
  • Can use any type of pita bread.
