These refreshing frozen raspberry yogurt bites are a perfect snack for hot days!
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle granola on top for extra crunch.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer for a refreshing snack!
