Description

Delicious and easy barbecue meatballs perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp garlic; minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce, your favorite

Instructions

  1. Place ground beef into a bowl and mix well with egg, onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Roll into balls and place into a bowl.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Pour beef broth into slow cooker.
  5. Place in meatballs.
  6. Place lid on pot and set to high heat.
  7. Cook on high for 4 hours until the center of the meatball is cooked.
  8. Stir in choice of barbecue sauce.
  9. Replace lid until sauce is warmed.
  10. Serve.

Notes

  • For best results, use a high-quality ground beef.
  • Feel free to adjust the barbecue sauce to your taste preference.
