Description
Delicious Rice Krispies treats infused with strawberries and dipped in white chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- ¼ cup (4 Tablespoons, 57 g) unsalted butter
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows (divided)
- Pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups rice krispies
- 1 ounce freeze dried strawberries (crushed to a fine powder)
- 4–8 ounces white chocolate (*see note)
Instructions
- Lightly spray an 8×8 square pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, over low heat, melt the butter.
- Set aside 1 cup of the marshmallows. When the butter is melted, add the remaining marshmallows. Stir with a rubber spatula or a wooden spoon until melted.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Stir in the reserved 1 cup mini marshmallows, rice krispies, and freeze dried strawberries.
- Spread the mixture in the pan and press into the pan. Let sit for 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Dip each square into the melted chocolate and let harden, or drizzle white chocolate onto each square.

- Use more or less white chocolate depending on your preference.
