- 1 bunch celery (washed, trimmed)
- 1 package cream cheese (softened, 8oz/250g package)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green olives
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- to taste black pepper
- for garnish paprika
Instructions
- Cut the celery stalks into 3 to 4-inch pieces and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream with a mixer until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped olives, chives, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the celery pieces.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
