Description
A fun and colorful homemade ice cream recipe using heavy cream and condensed milk.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 14 oz condensed milk (chilled)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon food coloring (red, yellow, and blue)
Instructions
- Place the loaf pan and mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove the bowl from the freezer. Using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold through the condensed milk mix into the whipped cream.
- Evenly distribute the ice cream mix amongst 3 small bowls. Add food coloring to each one and mix well.
- Remove the loaf pan from the freezer and drop spoonfuls of each color throughout.
- Cover the pan and place back into the freezer until frozen.
Notes
- For best results, ensure all ingredients are chilled.
- This recipe can be made with other flavors of food coloring.
