Description

This whipped chocolate milk is a delightful treat that combines creamy textures and rich chocolate flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy, hot or cold)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and cold heavy cream.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes thick and airy, about 2-4 minutes with a hand mixer.
  3. Pour your chosen milk (hot or cold) and vanilla extract into a serving glass, stirring gently.
  4. Carefully spoon the whipped chocolate mixture over the top of the milk.
  5. Stir gently before sipping if desired, or enjoy the distinct layers of creamy chocolate.
