- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take a medium-sized bowl and combine in it the vegan mayo, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix with a spatula or wire whisk until all is well combined.
- If you are a bit more lazy, you can alternatively put all in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- This white BBQ sauce recipe will keep fresh when sealed in a jar and stored in the fridge for around 7 days. So this is a perfect condiment to make ahead.
